Information Collection and Use The information on this site is used only by Sovereign Grace New Covenant Ministries, DBA New Covenant Media/Sound of Grace. Our Internet customers do not have to worry about information being sold, shared or rented to others. Users will not get onto any Internet mailing lists because they shopped online at New Covenant Media.
Registration Should you wish to purchase online, you have the choice of shopping as a guest user or registering with us. When you register, we will provide you with a password-secured customer login that can be used for subsequent visits or for order inquiry purposes.
Ordering We require some basic information to process your order. Billing and shipping information is requested along with payment information. Credit card numbers and expiration dates are required for billing purposes, but are not permanently retained on our Web site. Contact information, such as e-mail address and phone number, is used only to confirm your order or for contact purposes should we have trouble processing an order. We neither solicit by telephone nor release this information to other companies.
Cookies A cookie is a small data file stored on your computer's hard drive that contains information relating to your visit to our site such as shopping cart contents. Security At New Covenant Media, we have taken every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off line.

Shipping: We typically mail all orders through the United States Postal Service via Media Mail which is the least expensive option. Orders are typically received within 7 to 10 business days. If you need faster service, please let us know and Priority mail service can be arranged at a higher rate. International orders should call or email to obtain shipping costs.
